Delivery, Cancellation, and Returns

Our U.S. service includes free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, 1–2 business days for normal processing, 4–6 business days of estimated transit, and a tracking number after dispatch. A customer can request cancellation before shipment. Shipped orders are eligible under the 30-day no-reason return and exchange framework, with merchant-paid return shipping and a 5–10 business day expected posting window after a refund is issued.

Rights in Content and Legal Boundaries

Intellectual-property law protects the store’s materials. Users may not introduce harmful code, bypass controls, impersonate another person, scrape unlawfully, or violate rights.
